      • Ogury does not provide brand safety, ad verification, or media quality measurement services.
      • Ogury operates as a client of independent, third-party measurement and verification providers. These partners are responsible for delivering brand safety, fraud detection, viewability, and related verification services. Ogury does not develop, operate, or commercialize proprietary brand safety or ad verification technology, nor do we position ourselves in the market as a provider of such services.
      • All brand safety and verification outcomes are governed by the methodologies, classifications, and reporting frameworks of the respective third-party partners.
  • Audience definition and usage
    • When Ogury refers to “audiences,” this does not denote a deterministic, identifier-based, or user-level audience.
    • Ogury audiences represent groups of users modeled through aggregated, consented signals and behavioral patterns. These audiences are expressed through personas, which are designed to reflect shared interests, affinities, or contextual behaviors at scale.
    • Personas are not tied to a specific individual, device ID, or persistent identifier. Instead, they represent a dynamic pool of users who are statistically likely to exhibit similar characteristics at a given point in time, in alignment with Ogury’s privacy-first approach.
